As part of this embedding the right behaviours is crucial. To support this, we designed and launched an <strong><em>Inclusive Leadership workshop<\/em><\/strong> for all people managers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Inclusive Leadership workshops are part of our wider manager capability programme, to embed the inclusive behaviours. This space offers our managers in a safe space, to explore new ways of working that will foster a culture of belonging, develop cultural awareness and emotional intelligence, and empower managers to get the best out of their teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We ensured that our design of the programme was co-designed with the People Experience Team, and workshops were accessible and interactive to encourage self-directed learning and goal setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pilot session completed with wider People Team to test and incorporate user testing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sessions adapted to ensure timed appropriately so not straight after or before learning group to allow leaders the time to reflect and implement change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Workshop Modules<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What is Inclusive Leadership Activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Video content on Power of Inclusive Leadership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activity 1 \u2013 Design our Inclusive Leader Role Model \u2013 what would you see, hear and feel? How do you measure up to our role model? \u2013 Self Assessment Activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inclusive Leadership Behaviours framework \u2013 an adapted framework to be accessible and build upon the foundational inclusive behaviours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activity 2 \u2013 Safari activity to set actions based on the impact matrix around the 4 behaviours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brave Space Discussion \u2013 Open forum to start accountability journey and ask questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Action Setting Exercise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At start of session and end short survey completed via Microsoft Forms to measure impact*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Impacts are already visible after delivery of three cohorts (December 2023), 92% of attendees feel they have a good\/excellent understanding of Inclusive Leadership post session and 91% of attendees feel comfortable to implement inclusive leadership behaviours post session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tips for organisations and replicability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inclusive Leadership is key to organisational cultural change.
