Bradford for Everyone: Building inclusive, cohesive & resilient communities
July 18 | 10:30 am - 1:00 pm
We are excited to present our key findings on how we have got on with the Bradford for Everyone Programme on July 18th…
The Stronger Communities Team at Bradford Council will be launching key findings from the 3 year funded integrated communities; Bradford for Everyone programme.
Bradford District was designation as one of five ‘Integrated Communities Pilot Areas’ as part of the Integrated Communities Strategy Green paper. Funded by Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC). Bradford district’s programme ran under Bradford for Everyone and led by the Stronger Communities Team within Department of Place at Bradford Council. The delivery of the integration and cohesion programme ran from March 2019 to March 2022. The work of the programme has explored what makes stronger, happier and well integrated communities; with a vision ‘Bradford District place where everyone feels that they belong, are understood, feel safe and are able to fully participate in the opportunities the District offers.”
This event will mark the publication of our final report findings into the Bradford for Everyone programme. The report highlights the evaluation of the funded element of the Bradford for Everyone strategy.
The event will premier films that tell the story of our innovative programme and showcase the voices of some of the inspirational people from across the district with whom we worked with. Key leanings on what works in building inclusive, cohesive and resilient communities will be highlighted and what next for Bradford District.
